▼ Rates & Fees
- Children aged 1 and under stay for free. Children aged 2 and older are charged the adult rate.
- All prices include tax. No service fees or cleaning fees apply.
- Pet fees apply starting from the first dog. Up to 4 small dogs (under 10 kg) are allowed if staying with small dogs only. Up to 3 medium to large dogs (10 kg or more) are allowed.
- Example: For 3 dogs staying 2 nights, the fee is 26,400 yen.
- An accommodation tax will be levied starting June 1, 2026.
▼ Important Notes for Booking After booking, we will send you a pre-check-in URL. Please complete the following registration at least 7 days prior to check-in:
- Agreement to the Pre-Check-in Accommodation Terms of Service
- Scheduled check-in time (an estimate is acceptable)
- Guest registry
- Declaration of option requests
If you booked via the official website and requested optional services, please access the pre-check-in URL, select the applicable option under "Services," and complete the payment. Please note that options requested or paid for on the day of check-in cannot be accommodated.
Once all details are verified, we will send you the PIN code for the smart lock used during your stay on the day before check-in. If you make a reservation within 7 days of check-in, system limitations may prevent automated messages from being sent, so please submit your details as promptly as possible.
If we do not receive a response, an SMS will be sent to your registered mobile phone number. We do not offer telephone support. All communications will be handled via your registered email or the messaging system on the booking platform. Emergency contact information for the property manager is posted inside the building.
▼ Important Notes for Your Stay
- Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors (including heated cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and shisha/water pipes).
- The summer season runs from the 3rd Saturday of April to the 4th Friday of October, and the winter season runs from the 1st Saturday of November to the 3rd Friday of the following April. Please note that these dates are approximate guidelines, and availability may change depending on weather conditions.
